Hum jismani takleef bardasht krne se qasir hote hain ku k hamare jisam ka har hisa dusray hissay se jura huwa hota hai or agar jisam k kisi ek hissay main bhi takleef /dard ho to hum bechain rehte hain ku k tandrusti hazar naimat hai or pasli hamare jisam ka bht aham hissa hota hai or agar pasli main takleef ho to bht mushkil ho jati hai. Allah k kalam main bht barkat hai Beshak, isi liye Allah par bharosa rakhte huwe ye wazifa din main sath bar kijye, Angusht-e-shahadat(shahadat ki ungli) se jisam k dard wale hissay pe YA ALLAH likh k duaa karen Insha Allah shifa ho gi
In English:
We have a human body which all parts are connected to each other if we feel pain in one part so it effects the whole body movement and ribs pain is very painful and we cannot survive with this pain so to have a control in ribs pain do this wazifa, write YA ALLAH with gesture of forefinger at point of pain, repeat 7 times in a day Insha Allah you will have peace.
