Does it say music is haram in islam

Does it say music is haram in islam:

  The religion of islam has very clear about the music that music is impermissible in islam which create disobedience in Muslims. And this is also mentioned in quran few times.

From the quran: 
        Surah Al-Isra, verse 64

In this verse it is clearly mentioned that music is haram in islam except azaan, the beautiful voice of qari when he reading holy quran. According to Ibn Abbas, The voice acknowledge the verse refer to every form of requesting which calls to misbehaviour or disobedience of Allah the lofty.

In urdu: 

Islam music, ganah bajana ko bilkul mana karta ha. Aur ya clear ha ka islam ma music haram ha.aur ya bat quran pak sa bi sabit ha.

Es ayat ma wazah bataya gaya ha ka islam ma music haram ha.Ibn Abbas sa riwayat  ka es ayat ma ows music ki bat ha jo misbehaviour paida karta aur logo ko allah pak ki nafarmani par majboor kart ha.
